At K9 Focus Training, my mission is to cultivate harmony between dogs and families; a harmony built on clarity, balance, and trust.

I am Andrea Nicoara, the founder of K9 Focus Training, and my calling has always been deeper than obedience. My work is about teaching people to speak dog, guiding families to weave structure into their daily lives, and nurturing dogs to become the confident, balanced companions they were created to be.

For more than a decade, I have worked with dogs across every spectrum of life, from wide‑eyed puppies taking their first steps into structure, to rescues learning to trust again, to advanced service, sport, and working dogs carrying out specialized roles. Whether the goal is a calm household companion, an elite working partner, or a therapy dog providing comfort, my approach remains the same: to train with purpose, to enrich with love, and to equip families with the tools to thrive together.

My work extends beyond the training field. Many families entrust me to step in while they are at work or managing life’s demands. In those moments, I provide not just care, but intentional enrichment: structured outings, new experiences, guided exposure, and mental stimulation designed uniquely for each dog. These sessions are crafted to give dogs what every companion deserves; a life of adventure, fulfillment, and joy.

I listen, observe, and tailor every lesson to align with their lifestyle, environment, and values.
